The new Serie A season gets underway this weekend, and here’s how you can watch the likes of AC Milan, Inter, Juventus and Napoli in the UK…

It promises to be a fascinating campaign in Italy’s top flight this year, as while defending champions Inter will be the team to beat, their rivals have strengthened and made significant changes over the summer.

Paulo Fonseca has taken charge at Milan while Antonio Conte begins life as Napoli boss, and there is real intrigue over the appointment of Thiago Motta at Juventus after the exceptional job he did at Bologna last season.

In turn, there are many intriguing storylines to come from Serie A in the coming months, and here’s how to watch it all unfold in the UK.

TNT Sports recently announced the renewal of the broadcast rights for Serie A Made in Italy in the United Kingdom and Ireland, with 76 live games shown across the season, starting with Genoa v Inter at 17:30 on Saturday evening, with games also available via Discovery+.

Every Wednesday during the season, TNT Sports will broadcast a highlights programme showing every goal scored from the previous Serie A weekend.

This new deal now runs through to the 2026/27 season, and so it will be welcome news for fans of Italian football in the UK that there is clarity and security over the TV rights situation in the coming years.
