Liverpool put their season back on track with none too convincing win against Fulham on Sunday. Everton also had a much-needed and, as it turns out, a very controversial win against fellow strugglers and deductees Nottingham Forest. Will Liverpool make it a century of wins? They should do, as they haven’t lost at Goodison Park since 2010 and apart from their recent hiccup are having a much better season than the Toffees. But Liverpool have a nasty habit this season of going a goal down before coming back to win. No doubt they’ll give their supporters the usual jitters, but they have too much strength and class for their current Stanley Park neighbours.
