Who has the rights to ATP/WTA tournaments and Live Tennis on TV in the UK in 2025?

Live Tennis on Sky Sports

Sky Sports acquired exclusive rights to ATP & WTA tour events in five-year deals lasting until 2029, and has now cemented itself as the home of Tennis in the UK.

As a result Sky Sports has launched it’s own dedicated channel called ‘Sky Sports Tennis’ (Channel 407) which shows action from various tournaments weekly.

Coverage will include the combined Masters 1000 events taking place in Indian Wells, Miami, Madrid, Rome, and Cincinnati plus both the Nitto ATP Finals and WTA Finals.

Sky Sports will show more than 4’000 matches for over 80 competitions across their linear and digital platforms, including the Now steaming service

In addition to this, viewers will also be able to access multiple courts using the red button service (Sky Sports+ App), and Sky Sports mobile app.

Live Tennis on TNT Sports

On February 28th, TNT Sports will absorb all sports content from Eurosport in the UK. Formerly Eurosport had the rights to the French Open and Australian Open Grand Slam events, so now TNT Sports will be broadcasting action from 2025.
Viewers were able to access various live matches through the Discovery+ app, but it is still to be confirmed whether or not the same feature will be available on the TNT Sports platform. Live Tennis on BBC

BBC is the home of the Wimbledon Championships at the All England Club, with the current broadcast deal ending in 2027, while coverage is also available of ATP Queens and WTA events such as in Birmingham, Eastbourne and Nottingham.

Can I stream and watch Tennis online?

Via the BBC, viewers can watch various courts during Wimbledon using BBC iPlayer. For Sky Sports and TNT Sports, there will be availability via NOW TV and Discovery+ respectively.
